Orders

Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase. Once an order has been placed, we may not be able to make changes or cancellations, as orders are processed quickly. If you believe there is an error, contact us as soon as possible and we will do our best to assist.

I entered the wrong shipping address. What should I do?
If you notice an incorrect address, please contact us immediately. We cannot guarantee changes once an order has been processed or shipped.


Shipping & Processing

Where do you ship?
We ship to select destinations worldwide. Available shipping options and rates will be shown at checkout.

How are U.S. orders shipped?
All U.S. orders are shipped via DDP (Delivered Duty Paid). This means applicable duties and import taxes are handled upfront, and you should not be charged additional fees upon delivery.

How long does it take to process my order?
Most orders are processed within approximately 5 business days. Please note that processing times may vary depending on order volume, product type, or unforeseen circumstances.

Do bundles or special items take longer to ship?
Yes. Bundles and select items require longer processing times.
Please carefully review the product description, as each listing clearly states the estimated processing time for that specific item.

Why is my order taking longer than expected?
Some items, especially bundles or limited releases, may require additional preparation time. Processing timelines are provided in the product description for transparency.

What if I’m sensitive to shipping or processing delays?
If timing is important to you or you are concerned about processing times, we strongly recommend contacting us before placing your order so we can provide clarification.

Will I receive tracking information?
Yes. Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details where available.

Are customs fees or import taxes included?
For U.S. orders, duties and import taxes are included via DDP shipping.
For international orders, any applicable customs duties or taxes are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated.


Returns & Refunds

Do you accept returns or refunds?
Return and refund eligibility is outlined in our Refund Policy. Some items may be final sale. Please review the policy before purchasing.

What if my item arrives damaged or incorrect?
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within a reasonable timeframe with photos and your order number so we can assist you.


Products

Are your products limited edition or restocked?
Some Diaholic items are produced in limited quantities or as special releases. Restocks are not guaranteed unless stated otherwise on the product page.

Will the product look exactly like the photos?
We do our best to accurately represent all products. However, slight variations in color or detail may occur due to lighting, screen settings, or production differences.


Payments

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept major credit cards and other secure payment methods available through Shopify at checkout.

Is my payment information secure?
Yes. All payments are processed through secure third-party providers. Diaholic does not store your full payment details.

Is Diaholic a small business?
Yes. Diaholic is an independent brand. We appreciate your patience and support as each order is carefully prepared and shipped.

Content requirements
